Our core belief is that people and companies cannot realize their capacity unless they are given optimal support.

Lambent is a boutique assistant agency that focuses on high-end support – Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, and related domestic and corporate roles. Founded in 2006, we pioneered the Hourly Personal Assistant for clients who wanted a dedicated person to help them on a part-time basis. Since then, we have added recruitment for full-time hires and corporate staffing. We bring customized solutions for those looking for the right assistant with respect to pay structure, assignment length, and quality of fit.

Perfect support, our paramount objective, is not flawless performance by the principal or the assistant. It is a match which promotes each person’s ability to work at their highest register within that relationship. Everything we do in our company is evaluated in terms of the quality of support provided – to each other as we work, for our clients during the stressful time of making a new hire, and in our evaluation of best candidate matches for clients.

Support is strength built into a structure that allows it to function and endure. Working with us means getting help not only on the surface; it’s built into the fabric of our practice and our mission. We will do our very best for you to get what you need, at every step. We are there for you when things work out and when there are roadblocks. We use developed best practices – thoughtful questions, time-saving methods, and a great deal of work behind the scenes.
