Lambent delivers recruiting strategies tailored to the needs of Silicon Valley and Bay Area entrepreneurs. We help to right-size organizations during periods of adjustment and high growth, sourcing a range of support professionals including Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, Chief Administrative Officers, Office Directors, and assistants for other C-level members. Because we understand support as relating to a range of functions, the employees we identify often grow with the company beyond the assistant role. We also conduct tech and start-up staffing for more specialized positions.

 

SCALABLE SUPPORT

Lambent’s staffing structure is flexible and scalable. In addition to placement services, we offer temporary, temp-to-perm, and hourly assistants able to work ongoing, as-needed. Assistants are classed by skills, work style, and industry experience. We are sensitive to the needs of principals to have someone they communicate with effectively, and to companies finding staff that supports their internal culture and mission.

 

STREAMLINED PROCESS

Our process is highly customized. After understanding your requirements, we present candidates in our dossier format with interview notes and summarized skills, allowing you to evaluate candidates beyond the resume. Executive and Personal Assistants are our focus, making our searches faster and more comprehensive than other agencies. Each client works with an experienced recruiter on our team that learns your business, culture, and needs to make the right staffing match.
