Years of experience of selecting the most qualified candidates and matching them meticulously to our clients needs has allowed us to offer several levels of assistance, each with their unique strengths we would love to tell you about them in person but until then here’s a quick overview of the types of executive assistance we offer our clients.
Hourly
Flexible assistance by the hour for projects and ongoing support. Dedicated, Project-Based, on call assistance is available.
Direct hire
Tailored recruiting and candidate vetting for any home or office position. For Individual, Corporate, Family Office or Start-Up.
Temp
Short or long-term staffing for a wide range of roles with outsourced payroll. Temp-to-perm is an option for an extended trial period before hire.

Virtual
Identifying assistants whose location is different from the person they work for. A Virtual Assistant can be found for any of the other categories of work: Hourly, Direct Hire or Temp.
Hourly assistants
Lambent maintains the largest group of qualified part-time assistants in the country. We know who they are, what they do best, and how they support other hourly clients because we work with them over the long term. All are graduates of top US colleges; some have experience with celebrities and socialites. We only use assistants that we genuinely like, since it is our belief that in this role personality is as important as skill set.
