JESSICA H.

Jessica is a whip-smart young woman with a lot of energy and a quick smile. She grew up in Colorado, and has a BA in Theater and Performance from SUNY Purchase (which she loved). She also studied Post-Production at NYU and received a certificate.

From 2011-2013, Jessica was a Family Room Specialist for Apple at their Upper West Side location. She repaired iPhones, iPods and iPads and trained customers in the Apple programs: Basics; iPhoto; iMovie; iWork; Aperture; Final Cut Pro and iCloud. She also helped troubleshoot software problems. Previously, Jessica worked for Apple as a Specialist who answered questions about the full product line for potential customers.  Jessica’s first position with Apple was as a Concierge at the Apple Genius Bar.

From 2007-2009, Jessica was a Recreation Leader for a Community Center in Colorado Springs. Jessica created and led the art program for middle school children in the summers and after school.  Jessica also tutored students in Math, English, Social Studies and Science.

Jessica is quick and curious. She loves to read – the first piece of furniture she purchased for her apartment in New York City was a bookcase. Like many avid readers, Jessica is a strong writer and proofreader. She is fluent in the Microsoft Office suite, can edit videos in Final Cut, install software, troubleshoot computers, design websites and organize spaces. Because she is relatively young, Jessica brings a great deal of enthusiasm to her work as an assistant, and a strong desire to make her clients happy.
