Aundra’s broad smile reflects his personable and unflappable demeanor. His flexible personality, combined with his broad interests that include business and the arts, allow Aundra to easily adapt to new challenges. Aundra grew up in New Jersey and Colorado, and received his BS in in Economics (with a Marketing concentration) from Wharton.
Aundra has several years of experience. Most recently, he has worked as a Virtual Assistant for the New York-based yoga school Recharge Retreats/Emerge. His responsibilities include researching and evaluating venue options for weeklong leadership retreats (which often host prestigious clients), coordinating accommodations (such as travel, meals, and meeting materials) and liaising with hotel staff to ensure that the retreats run smoothly. Aundra’s previous position was as an Events Coordinator for the marketing agency MKTG, where he hired and trained brand ambassadors for events.
From 2008-2010, Aundra was the Personal Assistant/Office Manager for a psychologist in private practice. Here, he exercised the utmost discretion as he handled confidential patient documents, finances on Quicken and tax preparation forms. He also provided some personal assistance, including researching and booking travel. Aundra worked at Heineken, from 2005-2008, as a Human Resources Assistant. He started as a temp and was upgraded to an ongoing contract position. Aundra helped hire sales representatives by screening resumes and checking references. He also kept the division director’s calendar and processed his expense reports.
Aundra is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel), QuickBooks and Quicken. He is also adept at writing, editing, and with social media. Aundra has excellent communication skills, and can effectively represent his clients when interacting with others. Aside from being very smart, he is quick to respond to requests and complete his assignments.
